Establish database of all the various tests and conditions being used by all external/internal factories testing Company's products (e.g., ICs, MOSFETs, IGBTs, and Diodes). Benchmark and learn more on the systems, processes, and methodologies that could benefit the rest of assembly sites. Recommend these benchmarked items to all plant managers, and obtain their approvals. Work with Silicon R&D to learn the test requirements of new products and technologies and work with Test Engineering to develop the most effective ways to test the devices. Work with the Company Test Council to standardize test methodologies and conditions across all sites. Work with Applications and R&D to assure that the devices are being tested to assure compliance with datasheet and target customer applications/environments. Assure proper implementation of customer test requirements (e.g., TFS, SBL, and Maverick System)
BSEE/BSMS, or equivalent years of experience. More than ten years of experience dealing directly with ICs and Power MOSFET product/Test Engineering. Advanced knowledge of electrical characteristics of ICs and Power devices. Knowledgeable and well versed in ATE architecture as it applies especially to ICs and FET testing. Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing (Wafer Fab and Assembly). Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and ability to make presentations to management). Strong driver (assertive and results/goal oriented). Team player and good interpersonal skills (ability to work efficiently with multi-functional groups)
